Nice guy - but 180k quote for a small kitchen remodel is wayyy to highEdit: 1 star. Some more context here. Our kitchen is 130 square feet. We asked for 2 quotes. One to remove a load bearing wall (we had plans). The other for new cabinets and countertops. I was very clear I did not want (nor need) custom cabinets. The first quote came back and I said no we will not move forward. Two months later I get a second quote for 180k for the entire job. Let’s pretend it’s 50k to knock down a wall (it’s not) and your cabinets are 50k (full custom for our project was 18k) there is still 80k remaining. Unreal.Finally I was opted into his email campaign (i didn’t opt in) where it asked for this review so here you go.The quote was absurd. The other reviews/work looks good so take this w/a grain of salt. Just sharing my experience.

Herbert was total professional. Came to my home soon after I called and promptly returned work quote via email. I was able to schedule work within week and job was done well and to my satisfaction. I totally appreciated his communication with me during entire process.
